Hmm.. Sounds sweet but too bad it only applies to those who have purchased Office 2007. It caters to those office workers who need to access the documents everywhere online.
Because Microsoft knows that most of the computing is done by online. To me it sounds more like the Google Docs, is it the same or what? I think Microsoft is trying to compete with Google though.
Heck, at the end of the day who gets the most popularity depends on how these companies do.
Wish I could get this product but unfortunately its too expensive for us, although there is a Student Edition offered..

You may want to look up a topic called ‘cloud computing.’ There are many products similar to GoogleDocs entering the market – and their services are free compared with the relatively high cost of MS products. The question that remains is can Microsoft adapt to an evolving business environment where pure ‘desktop computing’ is no longer the norm…
